Properties & Staff
Digital Estate
UHNW Personal Cyber Security
Personal threat intelligence, targeted attack protection, spear phishing defence, and social engineering awareness specific to HNW individuals — the people wealth makes a target.
Private Document Vault
Encrypted, access-controlled environments for sensitive personal documents — estate planning, tax records, trusts, wills, and family agreements accessible only by designated individuals.
Home & Estate Network Security
Secure Wi-Fi with guest network isolation, home security system IT integration, estate-wide network infrastructure, staff device management, and remote access for out-of-London properties.
Personal Data Privacy
Absolute confidentiality over personal data and digital footprint. Data minimisation, communications encryption, browsing privacy, and controls over the people and services who can access personal information.
Multi-Property & Staff Access
Secure IT that spans multiple residences, private office, and staff. Consistent security policies across all locations with per-property access controls and segregation for domestic staff.
Discretion & Confidential Access
NDA-protected engagement, compartmentalised access for engineers, white-label support if required. We protect principals' identities and personal information from exposure to our own staff wherever possible.
Private client IT —
questions answered
Q.What IT support do UHNW individuals need?
Wealthy private individuals face entirely different IT risks compared to SME business owners. They need: personal cyber security defending their identity, home networks, and private information from targeted attacks; complete data privacy and absolute discretion in how their personal data is handled; secure IT at every property they use — London residence, country house, and international homes; family-minded IT for multi-generational access; and the reassurance that no personal information will be exposed by the support provider itself.
Q.Are UHNW individuals more likely to be cyber-attacked?
Yes — significantly more likely, and by more sophisticated attackers. High-profile HNW individuals face: diversified investment scams using spoofed identity; business email compromise (BEC) targeting wire transfers from the family office; your residential network is a known point of attack; spear phishing by attackers who have done their personal research; insider threats from staff with broad access to personal systems; and boarding aircraft and yachts opens new vectors. The attack surface of an HNW individual is substantially larger than the average business.
Q.How do you protect my home network and devices?
Our home network security approach includes: isolated guest Wi-Fi entirely separate from personal network so visitors and staff never access private systems; secure routers with VPN support, advanced firewall, and intrusion detection; regular penetration testing of home and estate networks; antivirus, EDR, and security configuration on all personal devices; and managed home surveillance system integration so CCTV is securely networked without exposing personal footage.
Q.How do you ensure confidentiality?
Confidentiality is our foundation. Coreitech operates under: comprehensive NDAs covering family and personal information; compartmentalised access where engineers only see the systems needed for each task; no personal information stored on Coreitech systems; secure channels for all communications; and we own and operate our own security stack — no subcontractors or third-party access to your personal environments.
Q.What does the initial engagement look like?
The first step is a confidential, no-obligation discussion — typically by phone with a senior partner. No personal details are recorded until you decide to proceed. If you want to move ahead, we complete a discreet IT and security review of your personal digital footprint, home networks, devices, and estate — and present a fixed-cost proposal with a clear timeline. We do not ask for unnecessary personal information at any stage.
Q.Do you support devices outside the UK?
Yes. We support your devices and home networks wherever they are — London residence, country house, international property, or when you travel. We coordinate with local providers for physical work abroad while maintaining the overall management and security monitoring from our London base.
Q.What about my family members' devices and personal accounts?
We support family members on an opt-in basis — each member can have independently managed devices, accounts, and email separate from the principal. For dependents, we implement age-appropriate internet safety, screen time controls, and online safety awareness that reflects their elevated exposure risk as members of the principal's household.
Q.Do you support our private office as well as our residences?
Yes. For principals with a private office or personal PA team, we provide the same IT support as for residences — secure office network, staff device management, M365 business-class email, meeting room technology, and confidentiality-aligned shared storage. Everything under one engagement, one fixed price.
