The average business uses 130+ SaaS applications. Each one has a separate login. Without SSO, that means 130 separate usernames and passwords per user — and when someone leaves, 130 accounts to close manually (if anyone remembers to).

SSO solves this at the identity layer: one authoritative identity provider, one authentication event, one place to grant and revoke access. When a new employee joins, their accounts are created automatically via SCIM. When they leave, disabling their account in Entra ID removes access to every connected application instantly.

Step 1 — Application inventory: We audit all applications in use across your business, identifying which support SAML/OIDC SSO, which support password-based SSO, and which require alternative approaches.

Step 2 — Identity provider selection and configuration: We configure your chosen IdP (typically Entra ID for M365 customers), set up MFA policies, Conditional Access, and user lifecycle management.

Step 3 — Application integration: We connect each application to the IdP, configure SAML/OIDC trust, map user attributes, and test authentication flows. Pre-built integrations in Entra ID's gallery make most common apps straightforward.

Step 4 — SCIM provisioning: Where supported, we implement automated user provisioning so new accounts are created (and deleted) automatically in each application when users are added or removed from Entra ID.
